We are looking for a **Arabic Quality Analyst** to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met. You will be responsible for monitoring procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.

Primary responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Follow procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- Monitor all operations that affect quality
- Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager
- Provide positive & constructive feedback to advisors

Your profile should match the following description:

- Arabic Native Level - mandatory
- Full proficiency in English - mandatory
- Availability to work fully from the office (7 Rios, Lisbon) - mandatory
- Availability for rotative schedules - mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quality monitoring and/or quality feedback experience - Highly Valued

**Skills**:

- Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to organize and prioritize, set priorities and multi-task.
