David Kennedy Recruitment partnered with a renowned tech BPO company to find a Content Rater who will will work closely with Machine learning, providing the critical data they need to improve Virtual assistant's language understanding capabilities.

Position: Content Rater

Location: Remote/Work from home in Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify and understand sense of language patterns and meaning from composition of words of assigned language
- Distinguish similarities and differences between various intentions uttered on Virtual Assistant
- Deliver excellent performance to achieve and exceed contractual SLA
- Meet expectations of process and business requirements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Native** **US** English language level
- Ability to work with sensitive content (e.g., sexual content, violent crime, drugs or alcohol and others)
- Background degree (in Journalism, Communications, Teaching, or a related field preferred)
- Writing experience in the fields of tech writing, copywriting, journalism, editorial, support, UX writing, linguistics, editors, English teachers, content moderator or expert AI teachers
- Availability to join as soon as possible
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (preferential).

**OFFER:
- Base salary above average x 14 months
- Meal allowance and health Insurance
- Work shift Monday to Friday (Business hours).
