We are looking for a bright and engaged individual to work part-time (about four hours per week) as Chief Executive Officer for our Company operating under the shitcoins.club brand, the largest Bitcoin operator in Europe. **This person must have knowledge and experience in the field of compliance and AML**. This person must be a Portuguese resident. The main responsibilities will be representing the company and conducting effective communication between our company and the regulatory authorities such as Banco De Portugal and others.

**Salary**
- 1000 euros a month (500 euros a month until the license for VASPs is obtained which means a practical start of business activity)

**Must**
- have good English language skills
- be experienced in compliance and AML
- have experience working with any regulated financial services business in legal or AML roles
- have at least basic crypto experience
- be a resident of Portugal
- carry on all commissioned activities effectively
- be able to answer quickly for questions from the regulator and mediate in contact with our company
- have good availability
- have a Bachelor's degree
- have a clean criminal record
- be able to work independently and from own initiative, as the job will require liaising with operators and employees abroad.

**Main Duties Are**
- representing the company
- assistance in the process of obtaining a license for bitcoin ATM operator
- enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics and above all for meeting all the requirements of Banco de Portugal
- representing the company before the Banco the Portugal
- assistance in development of Company’s compliance policies and processes
