- Proven experience in App growth and marketing, with a successful track record in driving user acquisition and engagement.
- Strong understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization) principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in leveraging MarTech tools, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Appsflyer.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
- Identifying market opportunities, planning and executing the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive App growth strategy in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead the implementation of specific App tactics to enhance user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Drive App Store Optimization activities to improve the visibility and ranking of our App.
- Maximize the potential of MarTech capabilities, primarily SFMC and Appsflyer, to enhance App performance.
- Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations for App growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- 3+ year work experience;
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Appsflyer.
- Practicing the agile manifesto ideas.
- Speaking the same language as developers and understanding the technical aspect of the project.
- Define Product visions and break it into smaller and incremental deliverables.
- Working with development teams, software architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements, estimates and build a delivery plan.
- Focusing on client needs and continuous product improvement, through post-implementation analysis.
- Exhibits exceptional communication proficiencies in the English language;
