Overview- As a Project Manager in adidas Studio A Operations & Production your task is to ensure on-time availability of samples and products for product content creation. Planning, executing, and tracking projects associated with product availability in cooperation with the respective functions and external studios are a few examples of what is expected from this role. Additionally, you’ll be acting as the central interface between different digital teams, external agencies, and various stakeholders like eCommerce markets.- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Be responsible for overall product availability processes
-Manage day to day product availability on a seasonal basis
-Perform data management and data analysis (data bases and Excel)
-Perform data analysis for the purpose of process monitoring, tracking of product availability and agency performance
-Support Customs requests
-Act as contact in photo studio communication
-Support the fulfilment of asset creation strategies
-Drive continuous improvement of processes and cross functional workflows
- KNOWLEDGE, CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

- QUALIFICATIONS
University degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
-3+ years of professional experience related to project management or similar topics
-Experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management is a plus
