Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Prepare financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Prepare financial data for analysis and complete financial models for decision support
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare the data for evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
- Identify and present process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Increase productivity by proposing / developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is mentioned in virtually any financial analyst job description; familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Master´s Degree in Management / Finance/ Accounting and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical experience (preferred)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint ) and ERP’s experience, preferably in SAP/GEP
- Strong accounting background with hands-on experience of working with US GAAP
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated high degree of business acumen
