This is a hybrid remote contract (temporary for 6 months)

The Clean Creator Community programme is a one of a kind affiliate platform for influencers, introducing a community that champions the clean lifestyle and beauty cultural movement. Our mission is to provide a platform to empower influencers, to monetise their content, while effectively inspiring consumers to make good, without compromise. Through the platform, we support our affiliate partners to grow their impact by accessing expert guidance, to educate themselves and their audience on our brand's value proposition: clean, sustainable and science back products.

Our program is powered Amyris (Nasdaq: AMRS), a science and technology leader in the research, development and production of sustainable ingredients for the Clean Health & Beauty and Flavors & Fragrances markets. Parent company of Biossance, JVN Hair, Rose Inc, Costa Brazil, 4U by Tia and Stripes. The Clean Creator Community Beauty Advisor will provide high-touch, differentiated customer experiences through 1:1 interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create unique, personalized exceptional customer experiences by catering to creators and end customers’ needs
- Communicate brands values to customers through knowledgeable and professional advice on skincare, beauty and lifestyle.
- Provide product recommendations, help address beauty, skin, hair care concerns, provide routine and layering advice
- Demonstrate usage of the brands’ clean beauty products to achieve affiliate partner and end customers’ personal care goals
- Identify and share key trends from affiliate partners and end customer feedback on promos, product, packaging, etc.
- Stay up to date on all new product launches, product promos, and marketing channel activations
- Stay up to date on beauty, skin, hair care trends and replicate those using our brands products
- Create content to be shared by the brands and the Clean Creator Community Programme across channels
- Travel to attend training, in-person events, and programme activations as needed
- Regularly communicate issues and trends in MS Teams with Managers and cross-functional partners
- Flexibility - position requires a flexible work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and blackout periods

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years beauty industry experience ideally in clean beauty brands and preferably certified as an esthetician
- Desirable understanding of the affiliate marketing world
- Time spent in a customer experience role
- Technical experience in MS Teams and cloud platforms such as Instagram Direct, ZenDesk, Shopify, Sightcall, Shifts, Loyalty Lion, Return Magic, Rise: Gift Cards, Stamped.io Reviews, ReCharge, Google Sheets, Google Docs
- Be a fast learner who can understand the scientific basis for each product, and is willing to consult customers on a personal level. As well as understand the affiliate marketing world.
- Ability to engage and connect with affiliate partners on a personal level offering education in our brands and platform use.
- Possess deep passion and understanding for and embrace the brands, products, and programme stories
