POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits (C&B) intern to join our Total Rewards Team. The intern will assist in supporting the development, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources and to learn about how compensation and benefits strategies contribute to employee satisfaction and organizational success.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Data analysis and reporting:
20% Project Support:

- Contribute to various C&B projects, such as compensation strategy reviews and the EU pay transparency directive.
- Collaborate on special projects to improve C&B processes.

30% Compensation Support:

- Assist in job evaluations and salary surveys.
- Help in preparing documentation for compensation programs in place.
- Aid in conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and records related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing compensation and benefits data.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Help ensuring accuracy of compensation data in our HR systems.

50% Benefits Support:

- Support on gather information on the benefits currently in place in the EIMEA region to create a database of the current benefits package offered.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Finance Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
