**Your new role**

Reporting to Trade Marketing Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for:

- Setting the Vision and Long-term Strategy for the Business with collaboration of Detailing & Merchandising Manager together with the Trade Marketing Head, regarding Merchandising, Trainers and Doctor Detailing in Spain and Portugal, and execute the plan to achieve the NS and Contribution targets to deliver against the financial commitments in Portugal;
- Coordinate with all Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager / Brand Managers /Sales Team, the Strategy and Execution of their channels and external forces to excellence in the execution, having the right planification and alignment;
- Lead, build and maintain a network of stakeholders to identify potential business development opportunities and to protect company’s interests in order to support the delivery of Trade Marketing & Sales objectives;
- Develop the Contract with external forces yearly revision and adaptation;
- Acting as a strategic interface between Marketing and Sales translating Brand Strategy into Category, Channel & Customer plans and for developing, produce, coordinate recommendations and control BTL-programs, POS-materials and trade communications at national / regional levels of Brands in store;
- Collect best practices locally and globally to detect opportunities and trends of the category;
- Ensuring that the best assortment, visibility, promotion, e-commerce and advocacy is done in the brand by channel / sub-channel.

**What you'll need to be succeed**
- We are looking for professionals with Higher Education or Degree in Business or similar áreas;
- Experience of 3-5years in FMCG industry with solid track record of success (including delivering on targets). Strategic thinking with a comprehensive category and retail customer knowledge are essential. Marketing, Sales and international experience are of advantage;
- Can work independently under pressure and capable of delivering commitments;
- Strong inter-personal and communication skill, able to persuade and influence others through personal credibility and assertiveness;
- Strength in problem solving, ability to handle multiple and complex tasks simultaneously, to set priorities and allocate resources as required and influence results;
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Displays knowledge in using logical, analytical tools to address difficult issues and recommend potential decision;
- Ambitious and self-motivated with an Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capability to adapt to audience specifics;
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Fluent in Spanish (preferred);
- Financial understanding and P&L literacy;
- Mobility.
