Financial Analyst - Iberia

As a Financial Analyst for Iberia, you will play a crucial role in providing business analysis and reporting support to the Finance Business Partner.

This dynamic position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic financial decisions of the business by delivering insightful analyses and reports.

The primary objective is to provide comprehensive business analysis and reporting for Iberia, supporting Finance Business Partners and Business leaders in making informed financial decisions.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop monthly forecasts and annual plans for sales, RGP/NGP, OPEX, and headcount.
- Create and enhance reports for daily sales and margins, quarterly P&L by branch, and customer profitability. Conduct variance analyses and provide recommendations.
- Participate in the monthly close, analyzing actual variances for P&L and B/S against forecasts. Collaborate with SSC teams in the UK and Poland.
- Utilize financial metrics like ROWC to assess the profitability of new deals, extended terms, and recommend more lucrative alternatives.
- Quarterly calculation of sales & engineering achievements against individual plans.
- Regularly participate in external and internal audits.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to business leaders and Finance Business Partner to enhance profitability.
- Liaise with European colleagues to align reporting questions, allocations, and other finance-related inquiries.
- Undertake various finance or process-related tasks as required.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years of related experience with a degree in finance or economics
- Multinational company experience preferred.
- Business proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Ability to step back and analyze the bigger picture.

- Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization.
- Integrity, and reliability in work.
