**Your Role**:
In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the highest quality of our Private Equity platform. Your focus will be on both automated and manual testing, utilizing Cypress and Docker to streamline and optimize our testing processes. Your work will directly contribute to the platform's reliability, directly impacting our user experience and overall product success.

**Your Profile**:

- Proficient in automated testing, particularly with Cypress.
- Experience with Docker in a testing environment.
- A knack for both creating and implementing detailed test plans and cases.
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing, with a preference for those familiar with FinTech or related financial services.
- Adept at manual testing when necessary, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- A team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively
- with developers and other stakeholders.
- Familiar with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Knowledgeable about security best practices and GDPR compliance.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the integrity and performance of our platform.
- Design and execute automated tests using Cypress, integrated within our Docker
- based environment.
- Perform manual testing to cover areas not feasible with automation.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality throughout the
- development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with developers for resolution.
- Stay current with new testing tools and strategies to continuously improve the
- testing process.
