O nosso Departamento de Consulting na Forvis Mazars em Portugal, apoia os líderes de organizações de todas as dimensões, do setor público e privado nos seus maiores desafios. Da estratégia às operações, posicionamo-nos como _trusted advisors_ dos nossos clientes, tanto em momentos de estabilidade e crescimento, como em momentos de turbulência e disrupção nos seus negócios.

Com o objetivo de integrar a equipa de Consulting da Forvis Mazars em Portugal, estamos presentemente a recrutar para a posição de Senior Consultant.

**Perfil**:

- Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos;
- Formação académica superior em Gestão, Economia, Finanças, Engenharias ou similar;
- Experiência relevante em consultoria de gestão (management or risk consulting) e/ou;
- Especialização em pelo menos uma das seguintes funções:

- Customer (efetividade da força de vendas, customer experience, fidelização, estratégia de canais, etc);
- Strategy and Operations (Estratégias de negócio, Otimização de operações, supply chain, transformações organizacionais, etc);
- Digital Transformation;
- Finance management (budgeting & Forecasting, Costing, Reporting, etc);
- Procurement;
- Experiência na gestão de equipas e relação com clientes (interno e externo);
- Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
- Ambição de rápida progressão profissional;
- Espírito crítico e capacidade de expressar e apresentar as suas análises, conclusões e recomendações;
- Espírito positivo, dinâmico e de iniciativa;
- Capacidade de organização e sentido de responsabilidade;
- Domínio da língua inglesa;
- Conhecimento das ferramentas Office (bom domínio do Excel e Powerpoint é fator preferencial);
- Team player.

**PRINCIPAIS FUNÇÕES**:

- Gerir e executar projetos, incluindo alinhamento de expectativas do cliente, gestão de plano e alterações de âmbito, gestão da equipa afeta ao projeto e identificação de soluções alternativas de acordo com as necessidades do projeto;
- Produzir recomendações para solucionar problemas destruturados;
- Realizar análises sobre pesquisas ou entrevistas de identificação de tendências ou oportunidades de melhoria, realizar benchmark sobre tendências de mercado e produzir relatórios de projeto;
- Fornecer orientação aos consultores juniores em sede de projeto e fornecer feedback regular sobre o desempenho;
- Desenvolver propostas para clientes, orçamentos e planos de projeto;
- Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com os clientes, compreendendo as suas necessidades e objetivos, identificando oportunidades e desafios;
- Participação na vida interna da Forvis Mazars em Portugal, sobretudo no que diz respeito a atividades de team building, desenvolvimento da equipa e formação.
- Integração numa empresa global, jovem e dinâmica, a full time e como parte dos quadros da Forvis Mazars em Portugal;
