Our client is an outsourcing company, a market leader in customer service-related services. They cooperate with giants such as Google Ads, Western Union, Tik Tok, and Facebook, providing exemplary assistance to customers on a daily basis.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Receiving incoming calls or messages from customers seeking information or needing support in solving various problems (first line of contact with the customer)
- Effective identification of needs and matching appropriate solutions for company customers
- Referring complex issues to other departments within the company for efficient resolution
**Employer requirements**:
- Fluent in Polish (at least C1 level)
- Communicative level of English (at least B2 level
- Strong communication skills in both speech and writing
**SALARY**:
1295€ gross without accommodation
1040€ gross with accommodation (private room in a shared apartment)
