**YOUR ROLE**:

- Currently Henkel is looking for a Jr Customer Marketing Manager for the Professional Beauty Care Division
- Implement local marketing and trade marketing strategy for specific brands; steer the respective marketing budget; manage local marketing and trade marketing activities for the respective brands.
- Development and execution of digital and press activities in the market.
- Development of local marketing strategy for brands & contribution to development of local sales and pricing strategy
- Marketing input for local implementation plan
- Set-up of marketing actions in close cooperation with sales
- Development and execution of trade marketing and promotional strategy for brands (in cooperation with sales)
- Shared P&L responsibility, steer Marketing budget
- Optimize marketing processes
- Close collaboration with international marketing and implementation of marketing activities
- Development of Innovation Plans in collaboration with international + Spanish teams

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Academic Background: Min. Management degree (Master degree if “Bologna degree”)
- Experience: between 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG Marketing with solid experience in brand management
- Strong financial/business mindset (P&L thinking)
- Understanding of professional business and results/solution oriented
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good influence capability
- Team player/relationship manager (ability of building partnerships with business stakeholders (specially Sales,
- Customer operations, Supply Chain, International marketing teams, etc.)
- Good capacity of focus/define priorities (capacity of dealing with high workload and high-pressure environment)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and Digital knowledge (Social media, WeB, etc.)
- Language: English (very good level is mandatory); Intermediate Spanish level is a plus
- Location - Bobadela (Lisboa)
