**Professional Internship | Marketing Digital & CRM**

Through a customer-centred approach, you will join the Commercial business unit that provides a complete and integrated offer, which includes oil products, natural gas, and electricity. Apart from these, it also offers convenience products and services and multi-energy proposals, such as charging stations for electric vehicles or decentralised solar energy solutions.

**About your Future Team**

You will be a part of the Customer Marketing team in the specific area of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Digital Marketing. This role will be key to supporting the creation, implementation and analysis of CRM campaigns, with the aim of improving our customers' experience and retention.

**How will your day-to-day look like**
- Support in the creation, planning and execution of CRM campaigns to build loyalty and engage our customers;
- Contributing to database segmentation and identifying customer profiles;
- Analyzing customer behaviour to suggest personalization strategies;
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing metrics reports;
- Working with internal teams to ensure consistency in communication with the client;
- Participating in the development of innovative strategies and insights to continuously improve customer relationship practices.

**What makes you unique**
- Academic background in Management, Digital Marketing, Data Science;
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools;
- Knowledge of English and Spanish;
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL and Pyton programming languages (preferred);
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in exploring data to gain meaningful insights;
- Interest in CRM, digital marketing and data analysis;
- Analytical skills and results orientation;
- Ability to communicate and work as a team player;
- Proactivity and willingness to learn.
