**SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (FOOD INDUSTRY) TO WORK IN LUANDA / ANGOLA**
TASKS SPECIFIC TO FUNCTION:
- Implement supply chain and procurement strategy and policies;
- Make sure that the production teams adhere to our standards in term of health safety, food safety and HACCP;
- Participate and adhere of the company’s Comex actions and decisions;
- Detect issues in order to set corrective action plans;
- Follow closely KPIs and monitor the operations on daily basis;
- Be proactive in setting up action plans to improve our logistics and supply chain;
- Manage the teams and guarantee constant reporting;
- Report accurately and on time to your Management, including from the Group;
- Supervise the human resources, planning, vacations schedules, timesheets;
- Identify key local and international suppliers for all materials, equipment and supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales in order to ensure savings;
- Select, maintain and manage a supplier base that is financially sound, technically competent ensuring quality at expected costs;
- Budget control and variance analysis;
- Make sure of the correct use of the ERP by your teams;
- Resolve the vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers;
- Analyze the market in order to find new suppliers;
- Follow the Group guidelines in term of implementation of innovation solutions, where applicable;
- Make sure the golden rules of the Group are followed (Inventory control);
- Control the use of individual safety equipment by the employees;
- Inform about the performance of the quality management system and the opportunities for improvement;
- Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
