**Descrição**:
At the moment, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Assistant (M/F), for a prestigious company, to Lisbon. The person selected will perform the following functions:

- Responsible for drive and implement the Activation tools aligned to brand´s strategy at the POS to achieve best in class execution;
- Deliver successful activation of the brand through the different campaigns and touchpoints: Retail, Horeca and BTL initiatives;
- Need to be very present on the market and understand POS and his capabilities, competition visibility updates and new opportunities;
- Analyse and cross information with market and brand performance to get new insight for new initiatives and recommendations;
- Generate new solutions for the brand to become more competitive, proactive and make a difference vs. the competition;
- Identify respective issues/untapped consumer opportunities, and develop responsive actions based on thorough analysis of market data & consumer insight;
- Management of the Permanent and non-permanent materials;
- Strong relation and communication with Field Force to ensure excellence in execution;
- Formulating business presentations that display project status, results, modifications, and plans.

**Requisitos**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing positions;- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word;
- Strong Analytical skills;
- Capacity for teamwork;
- High effective in planning and organization;
- Acknowledged and proven proactivity and ownership;
- Acknowledged and proven oral and written communication skills;
- Project Management Skills;
- Ability to multitask and influence others;
- Driving licence and car;
- Experience leading campaigns with agencies.

Formação:

- University Degree in Management, Engineering or Business;- Master Degree in Marketing, MBA or similar.
