Sales Executive for Natural and Organic Cosmetics Store

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively approach customers and provide information about our natural and organic cosmetic products.
- Offer advice and guidance to customers on product selection, use and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain a loyal customer base.
- Promote sales by suggesting additional products and services to customers.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and closing sales.
- Manage inventory and ensure the store is always stocked with fresh produce.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the store clean and tidy at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attend training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain sales and inventory records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for natural and organic products.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of natural and organic cosmetic products and their benefits.
- Proactive approach to sales and ability to promote additional products and services.
- Ability to achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and closing sales.
- Experience in managing inventory and maintaining sales and inventory records.
- Ability to work as a team and collaborate to achieve sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
