**Mission**:
Pour notre centre de service à Porto (Portugal), nous recherchons un **Incident Manager** (H/F), pour intervenir sur un un contexte de production informatique.

La mission porte sur les éléments principaux suivants:

- Incident Management : piloter de bout le rétablissement du service sur des incidents d’infrastructure, incluant la communication
- Problem Management : animer des task-forces problèmes et des comités problèmes avec les équipes techniques
- Reporting : produire différents reportings sur l’état de la production informatique
- Rigueur et sens du service sera valorisé

**Profil**:
Formation : BAC+3

Année d’expérience : minimum 2 années en tant qu’Incident Manager sur des infrastructures de production

Maitrise de langues : Français C1 et Anglais C1
