**Main Responsibility Area**

The purpose of the job is to monitor the creditworthiness of Nokia customers. This is done by making credit risk analyses resulting in credit risk ratings on Nokia’s customers. The related data are used in internal decision making and are needed for customer specific balance sheet usage cost calculations and credit limit decisions to be made in accordance with the internal Limits of Authority (LoA) process. Customer analyst co-operates closely with customer teams, Regional Treasury & Structured Finance as well as other related internal contributors and decision makers e.g. by providing credit risk analyses on the clients where Nokia has Deferred Payment Agreements or Loan Agreements, and acting as a back-up to the supplier analyst. Management of customers Credit Limits is the second main task where analyst should estimate and close monitoring applied Credit Limits.

**Position Description**
- Completion of Customer Credit Checks and rating proposals
- Informing Regional Business Controllers (RBCs) of the proposed and approved ratings
- Follow-up of ratings which are close to expiry date and reminding CBCs accordingly
- Update of rating methodologies and guidelines when appropriate in co-operation with other analysts and Head of Customer and Supplier Analyses
- Development of rating tools in co-operation with other analysts and Head of Customer and Supplier Analyses, when appropriate
- Arrangement of training sessions for RBCs and other involved parties
- Estimate needed Credit Limits for Nokia customers
- Calculate new and monitoring existing Credit Limits

**Your skills and experience**

Preferred capabilities of the applicant are
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must, good command of other languages (preferably French, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian) is an advantage
- Strong communication, team working skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving, sharing and seeking knowledge
- Knowledge of the Financial Statements and Financial Ratios in order to be able to make analysis of those
- Ability to create calculation models using MS Excel
- SAP knowledge
