Bartender and Mixologist

**Exciting New Opening May 2024 | Full Time | Premium Bar & Restaurant in Lagos, Faro.**

We are seeking experienced and dynamic people to join our **Bar team** for the opening of a premium bar & restaurant in **Lagos**.

A contemporary place with a traditional soul - typical / traditional ingredients and elements, with more contemporary preparation and presentation.

**The Restaurant**

We are looking to create a home away from home, which offers all day dining and the perfect place to eat, drink and play, where, passionate about their craft, our team set out to deliver perfection every time.

We will serve a modern menu of Mediterranean dishes, where the core ingredient will always be the hero of the plate. Made of fresh and local products and where everything is cooked / baked inhouse.

Enjoy an intimate & relaxed atmosphere whilst enjoying a selection of food options, premium spirits, cocktails, wine and more...

Interviews ongoing with a potential start date of April 2024 and opening date in May 2024.

**The Role**

To help deliver amazing service and hospitality, bringing your own knowledge and character which adds to the guests positive and memorable experience. To be part of a vibrant and driven team that have the natural ability and passion to go above and beyond the guest expectations every time creating wonderful memories for everyone.

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Already a bartender at a busy restaurant / bar, known for its great food, drinks, service and style
- Great product knowledge (wine, spirits, cocktails) and a passion for mixology and new drink creations.
- Are a positive and outgoing / bubbly character.
- Are a forward-thinking people person who leads from the front.
- Are a strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team.
- Have a natural ability and passion for exceeding guest’s expectations.
- Have a desire to learn and develop.
- Are fluent in Portuguese and have a good understanding of English.

Salário: 1 200,00€ - 1 400,00€ por mês

Possibilidade de deslocação diária/mudança de residência:

- Lagos, Distrito de Faro: Deslocar-se ou estar disposto a mudar-se para o local da oferta antes de começar a trabalhar (preferencial)
