We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Web Proxy Admin (M/F) - Hybrid (Lisbon)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:

- +3 years of experience
- Experience with mailing security gateways, such as Proofpoint, Ironport, Zertificon or Clearswift.
- Experience with internet security web filters / proxy services such as McAfee Webgateway, Bluecoat, or Fortinet.
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Knowledge in creating and configuring wpad and pac files for web proxy solutions.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL.
- 1st/2nd/3rd level support of solutions implemented for Customers.
- Collaboration on Global Projects.
- Participation in 24x7 OnCall Service.
- Daily L2 / L3 Support.
- Administration of security solutions in the area of mail relay, web proxy, mail encryption gateways.
- Solving incidents and problems.
- Solving security gaps and vulnerabilities.
- Implementation of requests and changes.
- Patch management: planning and implementation of regular patch rollouts.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty to maintain productive operation.
- 2nd level support in the area of mailing & internet.
- Fluency in English
