We work in the Energy Sector in national and international Wind Energy projects.

We are actively looking for a motivated Portuguese HSE Manager/Leader to work in the construction of a wind farm (BOP) project

**Tasks/Responsibilities**:
The HSE Manager will be responsible of ensuring the compliance of the health and safety´s aspects on site during construction (civil works) of the Wind Farm
- Develop & review Project HSE documentation
- Verify that the assigned staff comply with all the security measures.
- Ensure the compliance of HSE plans, and internal procedures.
- Monitor HSE documentation to ensure that all assigned staff and/or contractors arriving on site, have the necessary certifications, medical examinations, delivery of PPE, and/or any other demanded requirement, to access the park.
- Suspend any activity/ work upon detecting any serious or imminent risk and communicate the risk to the person in charge.
- Investigate accidents and coordinate HSE activities in the park
- Prepare relevant HSE reports

**Requirements**:

- local Portuguese, with EHS accreditation: “Certificação de Técnicos de Segurança no Trabalho”
- fluent ENGLISH & driving licence
- Availability to start in as soon as possible
- EHS experience / Ability to work at heights
- National and international availabilty
- Desirable: GWO & Wind farm experience
