**Funções**:

- **Garantia de Qualidade**: Monitorar inspeções de salas e garantir a conformidade com os padrões e regulamentos da marca. *Cheque de minibar + itens da Fashion Clinic. Além de auxiliar e realizar a limpeza do quarto, lavanderia do hotel e manutenção das áreas públicas, se necessário. Colaborar com a equipe da receção para coordenar a rotatividade de quartos e as solicitações dos hóspedes.
- **Gestão de Suprimentos**: Gerenciando suprimentos de limpeza de pedidos, estoque e controlando os custos de limpeza em colaboração.

**Competências e Qualidades Necessárias**:

- **Orientada **para os detalhes: Atenção excecional aos detalhes e um compromisso em manter os mais altos padrões de limpeza e apresentação em todos os aspetos da propriedade. Oferecendo um toque orientado aos detalhes do mordomo em todas as suítes de hóspedes, tanto no serviço matinal quanto no serviço de abertura de cama.
- **Liderança**: Forte liderança e habilidades organizacionais para gerenciar a equipe de limpeza de forma eficiente, atribuir tarefas de forma eficaz e garantir que todas as tarefas sejam concluídas com perfeição.
- **Idioma**:Leitura, escrita e proficiência oral em português e inglês.
- **Horário flexível**: capacidade de trabalhar todos os tipos de turnos, fins de semana e feriados.

- **Excelência em Limpeza**: Alcance os mais altos padrões de limpeza e manutenção nos quartos, áreas públicas e fundos de casa, garantindo que a propriedade sempre exceda os padrões de hospitalidade de luxo.
- **Satisfação do Hóspede**: Garantir a rápida resolução de quaisquer problemas de limpeza ou reclamações dos hóspedes, visando zero reclamações relacionadas com as condições do quarto, limpeza ou prestação de serviços, mantendo assim o prestígio do estabelecimento e a aprovação dos hóspedes.
