To expand our **JobCloud Braga team **at our TX Services site in Braga, we are currently looking for someone who can answer the following questions.
- Are you a seasoned search marketing expert tired of working on boring and impactless projects?
- Have you already managed search marketing budgets above six figures?
- Are you used to manage millions of keywords?
Do you love digging into data and problem-solving your way to reach campaigns' positive ROI?

If you answered yes to all the questions above, then we should talk

**Your role**:

- You manage multi-language international paid search performance marketing campaigns and processes with an eye for setting challenging goals and achieving them.
- You act as an integral part of the performance marketing team to execute data-driven campaigns ensuring campaign delivery, performance and goals fulfilled to the highest standard.
- You strategize and manage Google Ads & Microsoft Ads at large scale to build CPA/ROAS-driven campaigns.
- You leverage datasets, data dashboards, cross-channel attribution and analytics platform to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- You own your budget, accountable for search performance and growth by scaling a strong traffic engine even further attracting new converting audiences while driving high ROAS efficiency.

**Who you are**:

- 4+ years managing hands-on paid search performance driven ads campaigns for large-scale websites on Google Ads, Microsoft Bing and Apple Search Ads.
- 2+ years managing minimum seven-figure ad budgets per year.
- Excellent knowledge in web analytics and tracking leading you to be results-driven by mastering CPA/ROAS and cross-channel impact.
- Hands-on/get things done owner mindset and track record.
- Autonomous, self-driven, innovative thinker, entrepreneurial and with excellent problem-solving skills. You enjoy coming up and implementing creative solutions and have a track record of clever ideas to prove it.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
