**THE ROLE**

As an Account Management Analyst, you will be a part of our Marketplace Business Development team, which focuses on growing and managing the portfolio of Campervan Owners (Hosts).

You'll be responsible for leading the hosts experience from onboarding, revenue management optimization and be the support figure on their journey in our platform. Additionally you'll be actively working on acquiring new hosts to join our portfolio.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Hosts' Onboarding: Help hosts to go through the process of listings creation and clarify their questions regarding the way our RV sharing platform functions.
- Account Management : Provide day to day support to your Hosts and help them resolve the issues they might be encountering on the platform
- Revenue Management : Help your Hosts maximize their revenues on the platform by advising them on their pricing strategy, improve the quality of their ads and their visibility on the platform
- Operational performance : Guarantee traveler experience by maintaining a high standard of operational performance within your portfolio (response rate, cancellation rate, traveler satisfaction)
- Experience : Generate insights from your accounts and produce recommendations for process and product improvements across the board.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Previous experience in Sales or Account Management is a plus
- Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing is a plus
- Fluent in English, Spanish (mandatory) and Italian (plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to improve your negotiating and selling skills
- Previous experience in a sales / customer facing role will be a plus
- Ability to muti-task efficiently
- Willingness to work in a highly dynamic and international environment.
