Tasks

Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Produktberater werden sein: Kunden in verschiedenen Angelegenheiten (Telefon, Chat und E-Mail) zufriedenstellen
- Verantwortlich sein für den positiven Ruf einer großen Marke
- Handeln im Interesse des Kunden und des Unternehmens, um Beschwerden einvernehmlich mit einem Kompromiss zu lösen

**Benefits**:
Was ist für dich drin?
- Vertragsart: ein einjähriger befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann
- Arbeitszeiten: 40h/Woche (8h/Tag) von Montag bis Sonntag, 8 Uhr bis 20 Uhr
- Gehaltsbedingungen\* - 2 Optionen:
1. Inklusive freier Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, alle Rechnungen inklusive): 950 € - 1000 € brutto/Monat (je nach Erfahrungsgrad)

**2. Ohne Unterkunft**: 1300 € - 1400 € brutto/Monat (abhängig von der Erfahrung)Für internationale Kandidaten:

- Rückerstattung deiner anfänglichen Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten
- Abholung vom Flughafen
- Jährliches Hin
- und Rückflugticket in dein Heimatland (innerhalb der EU)
- Hilfe beim Papierkram, bei der Eröffnung eines Bankkontos, etc. bei deiner Ankunft
- Kostenloser Portugiesisch-Unterricht, Kochkurse, sportliche Aktivitäten und soziale Veranstaltungen, die von der Firma organisiert werden
- Echte Karrieremöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Laufbahnen

(\*) Vergütung während der Ausbildungszeit bei Erfolg (2 Wochen): 50 % deines Stundenlohns (niedrigere Steuern)
