- Develop recruitment strategies together with the talent acquisition team;
- Represent Bosch in external events, such as job fairs, conferences, tech talks, and other tech and recruitment events;

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Degree on Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, or similar;
- Good communication skills;
- Interest and ability to learn IT related topics;
- Fluent in English (mandatory - written and spoken);
- Ability to build network and empathy to relate with different people, cultures, mindsets;
- Very good communication skills;
- Ownership and proactive problem-solver attitude;
- Creative thinker with initiative to propose news ideas;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
