**Responsibilities - your mission**
- To do this, you will have to manage a backlog of requests and priorities them, assign them to the creative team, and oversee all creation under the operational responsibility of the Head of Customer Success.
- You will also be the guarantor of creative quality and its execution and will participate in the development of digital communication campaign concepts, mainly Social Media.
- Manage and priorities the creative backlog, based on AirBusiness Academy focal points
- (Customer Success & Service Lines) requests
- Lead the creative team & delegate tasks according to the type of requests
- Lead creative proposals for digital & social media communication campaigns
- 3+ years of experience in creative management role required (creative studio, digital communication agency, design studio)
- Solid experience working on social media content creation and digital campaigns required
- Experience working as a creative lead with focus on copywriting preferred
- Excellent presentation, communication & storytelling skills; comfortable with distilling seemingly complex information into clear and concise explanations
- Global understanding of the aerospace ecosystem (new brands, trend spotting...) and pedagogical acumen
- Exceptionally organized and have the ability to manage evolving priorities and requests pipeline
- Fluency in English. Any other language will be a plus.
