**What you’ll do**

In your role as **Business Value Analyst with Analytics focus**, you will assess and support the sales, fulfillment, and finance current and future processes to find if the designed work and results are aligned with the expected business values and outcomes.

You will also:

- Support the analysis and continuous improvement of process design.
- Provide input to help shape business requirements and create intelligent experiences for our customers.
- Contribute to excellence for our digital business models.
- Ensure that minimum viable products (MVP) value is realized through feedback loops.
- Provide visibility into IE Business Solutions’ real transactional/process execution through DevOps.
- Collaborate closely with SAP Signavio Process Insights and Intelligent stakeholders.
- Support building a sure long-term relationship with judicious customers (business).

Analytics Focus:
Build an analytical layer to our value analysis services concept and expose this view to our internal SAP customers. We are looking at SAP Analytics Cloud among several technologies in achieving this goal. As such, we are looking for a colleague with established SAC knowledge and ideally data modelling experience in C4S, HANA Studio and/or exposure to some degree to BTP / SAP Datasphere.

Value Analysis capability is data driven, leverages process mining and contributes to excellence for our digital business models, which form value streams based on agile product delivery.

Are you a very approachable person with a strong service mindset? Do you demonstrate leadership skills, dedication, and drive? Do you maintain a broad stakeholder network across sales, fulfillment, and finance? If this sounds like you, do you also bring the following:

- Broad knowledge of sales, fulfillment, and finance relevant systems in the IT space including CRM, CPQ, Harmony, CSM; and processes like: O2I, O2C, P2P, Source to pay, among others.
- Understanding of current IT trends and ability to adapt new changes/practices enforcing central standards.
- Conceptual and structured work style with a strong sense for prioritization; result and execution oriented.

Analytics focus:

- Understanding data models and to some degree data management.
- Skills in graphical database modelling like e.g. HANA / SQL are an asset.
- SAP BW (incl. Planning, Modelling).
- SQL scripting or view modelling in HANA Studio.
- Knowledge of C4S and working with entities, dimensions, modelling, etc.

Experience in implementation of Usage APIs in various technologies and usage of different data sources, as well as understanding how to extract incoming data into entry layer of analytical Infrastructure and perform enrichment with master data would be an asset.

Moreover, you demonstrate the following:

- Bachelor or equivalents in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or related field.
- 3+ years of working experience with a proven track record in SAP Projects, working in Data Governance, Data Management, and process optimization.
- Understand Cloud business.
- Broad knowledge and expertise in the IT space understanding necessary changes and enforcing them.
- Conceptual and structured work style with a strong sense for prioritization; result and execution oriented.
- Strong customer orientation (internal/external) with a focus on relationship and expectation management.

**Meet your team**

As part of the IES Agile Transformation journey **Intelligent Enterprise Business Solutions** (IE BS) has created a new L3 **Business Engagement** capability. In addition, a new function ‘**Value Analysis’** has been created to ensure our customers realize true value from our process engineering. We are now seeking talented and highly motivated individuals with passion and enthusiasm for business data/process optimization to build up this newly created L4 unit, to fulfill our commitment to **enable the business of SAP to take intelligent decisions based on facts and data**. We support efforts to bring transparency into design vs execution of business processes. We collaborate closely with various stakeholders from Process Strategy to IT Business Operations or Product Management teams such as Signavio, in achieving efficiency and optimizing the SAP value-driven efforts. Our goal as a team is to answer two main questions when a “business” requirement comes into the portfolio process: Does it bring value to SAP? And was the value met? (post-implementation) throughout **IE BS**. (Please be aware that some organizational information might change after the ongoing reorganization).
