THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Logistics Planning, you will lead our "Forecasting & Planning Team" and operate as the contact between the team and its internal customers inside and outside operations. This role is essential to ensure agreement between operational, commercial and product teams around a common view of forecasted activity, and understanding the broader scope of all logistics operational activities and how they connect and affect the business metrics. The S&OP and Forecasting Manager will be a main reason for service, efficiency and visibility of all operational activities, orchestrating teams' efforts towards a seamless customer experience throughout the year.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build relationships with your main stakeholders/internal customers, understanding their circumstances, challenges and requirements;
- Understand the business model, and manage the vision of how forecasting and planning activities can support business;
- Understand how different activities impact our expected volumes. Create visibility to your team helping them react to such activities;
- Manage the planning and forecasting roadmap, defining and prioritizing both the uses and the focus/methodology of the next releases;
- Manage governance of all planning and forecasting activities;
- Lead our S&OP routines supporting and orchestrating our processes with the most updated business view.

WHO YOU ARE
- BA or BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics;
- Experience leading teams of specialized and very independent people;
- More than 5 year's experience in planning and forecasting (within a retailer or e-commerce is a major plus);
- Project management experience;
- Commercial mindset;
- Experience in marketplace environment;
- Fluent English.
