**The Makings of an Android Pioneer**:
**Pioneering engineers need pioneering projects: from autonomous driving to electrification, from entertainment services to vehicle connectivity; Critical TechWorks operates at the cutting edge of the BMW Group’s technologies**.

As an Android Pioneer Wannabe, you will be part of the Critical Techworks team from the beginning But, for the first two months, you will be participating in an intense but rewarding Academy to learn about fundamental concepts of Software Development, Kotlin, JSON/Rest APIs, multithreading tasks, and other relevant technologies in that field.

We are looking for motivated people who want to start a specialization in full-stack software development, within the Android ecosystem. So, if you have some technical knowledge on the following topics, we will support you in improving your competencies in software development.
- **Development with Kotlin**:

- Working knowledge of the **Android SDK and Android Studio**:

- Proficiency in **Android** development patterns
- Experience analyzing and improving app performance and resource utilization across the full stack

**Anything else?**:
The topics we list here are what you will be learning, not what you need to know upfront. Our only requirements are that you should be a team player, have good communication skills (Portuguese and English), and have a strong motivation for these technical domains.
