In this role, the **Associate Project Manager** will be responsible for the delivery and Project Management related to Five9's WFO Commercial solutions, implementation, and deployment of technical and business solutions to clients. The APM will proactively and systematically progress through basic, intermediate, and advanced understanding of project management competencies, including project financials, project scheduling, risk management, and project plan development.

This position will assist in facilitating Five9's Project Management Methodology and practices to manage all phases of the WFO implementation and contributes to the direct support of other functional project teams in the planning and execution of the job, including resolving issues, managing resources, project coordination, and oversight of project accounting.

As a key contributor to the Professional Services Team, we are looking for a passionate, self-managed individual who can work well with a cohesive team to help us delight our customers and grow our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in leading our WFO implementation projects for our Commercial customers using Five9 methodology, tools, and fundamentals of Five9 Project Management practices.
- Effectively communicate goals, progress, and status/updates to Sr Project Manager and customer stakeholders.
- Assist in formulating Implementation plans that meet Customers' requirements.
- Support the Sr Project Manager as needed to help mitigate project risk by proactively recognising and communicating challenges and providing contingency plans that enable customer success.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organisation.

**Key Requirements**:

- Technical knowledge or hands-on experience with Saas, Networking, Internet concepts, CRM, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center practices.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
