Kelly Engineering is recruiting a **Procurement Assistant & Data Steward** for an industrial company located in Benavente.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for data master for materials and vendors
- Responsible for invoices exceptions management
- Support Procurement Project Manager in some administrative tasks
- Responsible for material and vendor master data setup
- Responsible for purchase price update in the system, proper update in the PO tracking file and inform to the management the main purchasing price variance (PPV)
- Responsible for invoices exception resolution and guarantee the payments on time to avoid any material supply blocking from the suppliers
- Responsible for documentation request to the suppliers
- Responsible for Data Cleansing in the proper system, providing monthly report of active materials
- Support Change Control Management procurement projects when required
- Support the Request for quotation process for new projects when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: High School; Degree preferably in Finance, Business Management, or other relevant discipline will be a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience of Procurement is desirable
- High degree of fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
- High Level of Office 365 knowledge, mainly in Excel
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a truly global organization. Proven experience working in a fast moving
