**We are looking for a Recruiter (M/F)_Porto**

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:
Providing the best talents by successfully using **Outbound **/ **Inbound **recruitment;
**Keeping track of the recruitment market development;**
Representing the team in internal and external recruitment events;
**Improving the recruitment process and its metrics.**

**Main Requirements**:
Degree in Management, HR or Social Sciences;
**Experience of minimum two years in Recruitment;**
**Track record of delivering in a fast-paced growth environment;**

**Other Requirements**:
Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
**Knowledge of French would be highly valued;**
Willingness to learn and evolve;
**Good communication skills;**
Ability to work in a multicultural team.

**Availability for a temporary project.**
