3D Motion Artist Houdini

We are currently hiring a 3D Motion Artist who will work closely with the Omnichannel Customer Engagement 3D artists and other key stakeholders like Marketing, ECOM, Retail etc. to brainstorm and create high quality video content that reflects the HUGO BOSS brands Immersive Experiences for our customers.

**What you will do**:
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms.
- Utilizing video software, such as HOUDINI FX, Blender, Cinema4d, NUKE, Adobe After Effects to design and render captivating 3d animated projects, including VFX.
- Incorporating VFX, 3D and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of the 3D animated content.
- Creating high end simulations in HOUDINI FX that reflect the quality of our products.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality 3D animated deliverables that meet the HUGO BOSS standars.
- Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneosly, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the teams, including, project managers art direction, graphic designers, video editors, external agencies to conceptualize and storyboard 3D animated projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of 3D animation and VFX.

**What you’ll bring**:

- You have a degree/ diploma in Motion Design, Animation, VFX or similar.
- You have prior experience as a 3D Motion Artist, with heavy knowledge in VFX using HOUDINI FX, as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects.
- You posses strong knowledge of Nuke, render engines like Octane, Redshift, Mantra, as well as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro or similar tools.
- You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- You are organized and can prioritize effectively.
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
