Procuramos contratar um IT Business Analyst
- Tech para participar de projetos significativos de transformação digital, com o objetivo de fornecer ferramentas integradas, ágeis, flexíveis e integradas.

Terá a oportunidade de definir a arquitetura e criar de raiz um sistema robusto, acessível, fiável e seguro com as mais atuais tecnologias e metodologias de desenvolvimento, para apoiar a gestão de um fundo estrutural de extrema importância não só para a economia mas também para o desenvolvimento do país.

Contamos com uma equipa capacitada e experiente, sempre pronta para novos desafios. Com capacidade para ajudar e acompanhar novos membros num ambiente amigável e profissional.

**Competências exigidas**:

- +3 anos de experiência em ambiente de consultoria.
- Experiência anterior levantando requisitos e processos de negócios e compartilhando-os com o cliente e equipe de desenvolvimento.
- Senso crítico para refletir sobre requisitos e processos e desafiá-los.
- Capacidade de sistematizar, apresentar e discutir requisitos com a equipe e cliente.
- Acompanhamento das equipes de implementação e testes.
- Português - fluente.

**Competências preferidas**:

- Facilidade de relacionamento e comunicação com diferentes stakeholders (clientes, equipa).
- Previdente, com capacidade de identificar e minimizar riscos.
- Experiência em metodologia Design Thinking.
- Interesse em acompanhar e orientar o crescimento dos elementos mais juniores.
- Identificação de oportunidades de negócio alinhadas com o trabalho realizado no cliente.
