We are recruting HelpDesk, Service Desk and First Line of Support Professional (M/F) interested in upgrading their career towards an Investment Banking Applicational Support position.
You'll be part of an Elite training Program aimed at preparing you to work with different technologies and methodologies for a career in IT within a Banking scope.
- Good level of English (Mandatory - You must be able to at least keep a conversation at ease in English)
- Any type of IT training or certifications (CET, CTESP, Academies, Professional Course, University Degree,etc)
- Professional experience in Support (Either Technical Support or Customer Support with Technical emphasis)
The Scope of the project runs as follows:
- Training - First 6 months - Both classroom training in relevant technologies and methodologies and training in the context of work at the office/homeoffice (hybrid work model)
In this project you will have the opportunity to learn and work with different Applicational Support functions, including, but not limited to:
- Being part of a L1, L2 or L3 Support Team;
- Work directly with multiple, foreign teams scattered around the World;
- Solve Incidents and Tickets or scale them to appropriate teams;
Work with different tools from a Technical Support standpoint such as - SQL Databases, Scripting, Storage, Backups, Monitoring, among others.
