We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Butler to join our esteemed 5* hotel in Dubai. The Butler will be responsible for providing personalized and anticipatory service to our guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and well-being throughout their stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Personalized Service**: Provide personalized service to guests, including assisting with luggage, arranging transportation, and fulfilling special requests to enhance their stay experience.
- **Room Preparation**: Prepare guest rooms and suites according to established standards, ensuring that all amenities are replenished, and the room is immaculately presented at all times.
- **Concierge Services**: Act as a concierge for guests, offering recommendations and assistance with restaurant reservations, tour bookings, and other arrangements to ensure they have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
- **In-Room Dining**: Coordinate in-room dining orders for guests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverage orders while maintaining high service standards.
- **Valet Services**: Provide valet services for guests, including handling their vehicles with care, parking and retrieving vehicles as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the hotel's parking area.
- **Guest Relations**: Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs, ensuring that any concerns or requests are addressed promptly and effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communication with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless coordination of services and information sharing.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar guest service role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards, reflecting the luxury brand image of the hotel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required to meet the needs of our guests.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Pay: From 1,100.00€ per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Porto, Distrito do Porto: Relocate before starting work (required)
