We are recruiting **Support** **Specialists**(M/F) to join our client’s operation in Porto.
**What can you expect from us?**
- Work contract with Kelly;
- Attractive salary, plus other benefits;
- The necessary work equipment to work from home;
- The possibility of joining a very well-established company.
**Workplace**: Home-based
**Note**: you may be asked to go to the office in punctual situations; the office is located in Porto.
**Schedule**: from 09am to 06pm and 10am until 07pm (rotative) from Monday to Friday; you may have to work two Saturdays per month, depending on the workload.
**What is going to be expected from you?**
- Collaborate closely with their outstanding brand and sales team to support sellers and dealers in the selling and acquisition of stock;
- Perform documentation analysis of the selling processes;
- Other administrative tasks.
**What do you need to have?**
- Fluent in English at a written and spoken level - C1 level;
- Previous experience in the automobile industry;
- Experienced in managing clients and processes;
- You are experienced in using MS Office programs - especially Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with buyers and sellers;
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- **Availability to work in a temporary job from mid-February until March.***
