**Responsibilities - your mission**

**You will be responsible for the**:

- **Creation of the procurement order request in the tool**
- **Follow-ups on the procurement order request until the purchase order is created**
- **Modification and update of any relevant information directly in the tool**
- **Management and follow-up on the receipt of the purchase order by the appropriate parties**
- **Management and check of the invoice register / amount
**In addition, you will be the key focal point on buying policy knowledge (when it comes to modifications / updates in the tool) and will also be responsible for measuring and monitoring KPIs related to the department’s performance.**
- **Basic Finance and Accounting knowledge**
- **Strong work ethic behaviors and attention to ethical and compliance rules/approach**
- **Previous experience in cross-functional / multicultural environments**
- **Rigorous and oriented towards team work**
- **Experience in Google Suite, and in SAP is a plus**
- **Language: Negotiation level in English**
