**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Continental Purchasing Suite project is a global project targeting in designing, selecting, and implementing a group wide highly integrated digital purchasing platform solution that covers end-to-end processes from Source to Contract and from Business Partner strategic management for both Raw Material and Indirect Material, to the Purchase to Pay for Indirect Material as well as operational collaboration. This position is placed in Lousado (Portugal), in the scope of HUB for the Central Functions from Group Function Purchasing (Hannover - Germany).

As a member of our global Purchasing Suite project core team, you will be responsible for the Purchasing Suite module design, build as well as implementation, rollout, training, and further development activities of the Purchasing Suite after its initial go live. You represent the interface between the users (Responsible Sourcing team, Purchasers, Suppliers etc.) and the IT & Implementation Partner, act as internal consultant to ensure best usage of future process and Purchasing Suite platform.

This position includes as main responsibility to act as:

- Responsible Sourcing Process Specialist: Develop business and use cases for responsible sourcing and transfer them into an implementable concept for future digital infrastructure;
- Purchasing Suite Design and Build (Sourcing and Supplier Management): Being part of the project team during the initial design and build phase of the Purchasing Suite;
- Purchasing Suite Implementation Activities (Sourcing and Supplier Management) in the defined pilot scope and regions, acting as project manager and coordinator;
- Purchasing Suite Further Development and Support: Identifying the business needs, develop with IT department and the implementation partner the new features, functions as well as take over project tasks and work packages in driving continuous improvement of the Purchasing Suite.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Sustainability Management, Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Information Technology;
- More than 3 years of professional experience in Responsible Sourcing, Quality or Supplier management (preferential);
- Strong passion for Responsible Sourcing, Due Diligence, Quality Management or Purchasing processes and tools;
- Experience in an international organization or project environment;
- Fluent English in spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills;
- Mentality of digitalization and changes;
- Ability to work independently and high self-motivation;
- Teamwork and flexibility in working schedule in international project team across multiple time zones;
- Willingness to travel.
