- BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as an Intern for Final Test False Rejection at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.

A BorgWarner PDS Viana encontra-se a lançar uma fábrica nova para produtos diferentes a serem aplicados em carros eléctricos. O produto referente a este projecto é um inverter, que converte a corrente DC da bateria para corrente AC para gerar movimento. Sendo um produto com uma quantidade significativa de electrónica associada, a última etapa do processo consiste num teste eléctrico complexo para averiguar a qualidade do produto.

O Test Stand consiste em Hardware da National Instruments e Software Labview. Devido à complexidade adjacente, por vezes um produto é rejeitado por erro de teste e não por defeito. Como tal, o objectivo deste projecto é, em conjunto com o Manufacturing Engineer local e equipas de suporte Globais, seguir de perto as causas de rejeição e através de ferramentas de resolução de problemas, conseguir chegar a cauza-raíz e desenvolver uma solução técnica.

Key Accountabilities:
- Definir as principais causas de falsas rejeições- Suportar na resolução das causas referidas acima- Criar um ficheiro de seguimento para seguir melhorias obtidas- Suportar e implementar melhorias em produtos semelhantes

Education & Experience:
- Formação superior em Engenharia Eletrónica- Conhecimentos básicos de Labview e Arduino- Contacto com o Hardware de National Instruments- Conhecimentos de Inglês- Boa capacidade comunicativa- Capacidade de trabalho em equipa
