CNC Miller

**Requirement**:
HAAS or SIEMENS SINUMERIK 828D / 840D experience
- Programming, setting and operating the CNC milling machines using: o Programming with HAAS controller (G & M codes) ▪ Directly on the panel ▪ Or with CAD/CAM Fusion360 or Esprit - dxf or step file delivered by engineering department o Programming with SIEMENS SINUMERIK 828D or 840D ▪ Directly on the panel ▪ ShopMill - Tool management - Working with steel, cast iron, bronze and stainless steel - Tolerances 0.01 mm - Measurements of the parts using calipers, micrometers + quality control - Small series and also single parts are made on CNC machines - Reading technical drawings - Maintenance of the milling machine

**What do we offer**:

- Directly fixed contract - Salary indication: €18 - 20 gross/hour (that means you will get over €2200 when you work 38 hours per week, but when you work overtime you can get €3000) - Accommodation provided, with single room and internet access (€200 per month)

**Work schedule**:

- Monday: 08:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 17:00
- Tuesday: 07:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 17:00
- Wednesday: 07:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 17:00
- Thursday: 07:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 17:00
- Friday: 07:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 15:00
- Saturday: 07:00 to 12:00 (on a voluntary basis)

Info: 38 hours at 100% and extra hours paid at 150%

- 1x Haas vertical milling machine VF2
- 1x Haas vertical milling machine VF3
- 1x Haas vertical milling machine VF5 with 4th axe (rotary unit)
- 1x Haas vertical milling machine VF6
- 1x Haas vertical milling machine TM1
- 2x Haas horizontal machining center EC-400 (2 pallets 400mmx400mm)
- 1x Haas horizontal machining center EC-630 (2 pallets 630mmx630mm)
- 1x DMGMORI vertical milling machine M1

**Salary**: 18.00€ - 20.00€ per hour
