Iam Architect

ONboarding People Solutions is currently recruiting **IAM Architect**, for a prestigious client, an IT company.
- Design and implement IAM frameworks across the organization.
- Develop strategies for user provisioning, identity governance, and privileged access management.
- Ensure IAM systems comply with IT security standards and applicable regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices.
- Conduct IAM training and awareness programs for employees.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IAM Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID,
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM related services.
- Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including, NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53, QNRCS, NIS 2.0, OWASP, CIS Controls, Mitre Att&ck and ISO 27000 series.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
