If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a **Bar Manager **at the beautiful **Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick**

As the Hotel Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our vibrant and bustling hotel bar.

You will ensure the delivery of exceptional service, drive revenue, and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of the bar industry.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and a passion for creating innovative and enticing drink offerings
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
