**Procurement Specialist IT**

Nesta função, serás responsável por gerir e executar as actividades de Procurement & Contracting para a Galp - Área de Procurement IT, procurando negócios rentáveis e desenvolvendo relações de longo prazo com fornecedores e empreiteiros.

- Desenvolver processos de aquisição e contratação, garantindo a eficiência organizacional através da sua simplificação e assegurando a coerência das normas e procedimentos aplicáveis à função de Comprador;
- Analisar dados e preparar estratégias de aquisição;
- Assegurar que o aprovisionamento responsável é prioritário nas estratégias de aprovisionamento;
- Preparar e emitir processos de concurso;
- Desenvolver a atividade diária com base nos planos, alinhados com os objectivos estratégicos do grupo e das Unidades Organizacionais (UO);
- Gestão do processo de concurso;
- Negociação de contratos para obter o melhor valor;
- Previsão das tendências de preços e do seu impacto nas actividades futuras;
- Desenvolver estratégias eficazes de gestão de risco para os principais fornecedores e contratos chave;
- Manter-se atualizado em relação às tendências, inovações e regulamentos que possam ter impacto na atividade;
- Realizar revisões da relação qualidade-preço dos contratos e acordos existentes.

- Formação académica em Engenharia, Economia ou Gestão de Empresas;
- Excelentes capacidades de networking e de negociação;
- Experiência profissional anterior na área da contratação, negociação e informática;
- Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
- Proficiência em inglês;
- Orientação para os resultados e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
- Boas capacidades de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Forte capacidade de análise e orientação para objectivos.
