**Finance Controller, Nefab RA Produtos de Embalagem, S.A.**:
Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our finance organization is vital for us, and we are now strengthening our team in Nefab Portugal with a Finance Controller.

This position is located in Portugal - Maia and you will report to Manager Director.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Prepare the financial reporting of the company to the group.
Monitor the execution of the procedures necessary for closing the month in accordance with the company's rules, in order to ensure reliable and timely accounting/tax information.
Ensure tax compliance.
Ensure all the accounting operations are in accordance with SNC rules.
Ensuring compliance with procedures with an impact on the consolidation of the group's accounts.
Efficient monitoring of all financial audits.
Prepare maps and financial reports.
Monitor and prepare annual budgets and quarterly reviews.
Managing the treasury (banks, control of accounts payable and receivable).
Infrastructure management.
Manage contracts, leasing, insurance, renting's, etc.
Analyze and control credit to customers (analysis of the credit opening request).
Prepare the accounts, prepare the closing and accounts and all necessary reports.
Authorize the opening of customer's credit.
Other Administrative and Financial tasks.
Ensure good financial management in accordance with the policies defined by the General Manager.
Ensure compliance with current commercial and tax legislation.

**Your profile**:
Good knowledge of MS Office tools, with Excel domain and taste for information technologies.
High sense of responsibility and autonomy.
Higher education in Accounting, Management, Economics or similar (preferably).
Professional experience in similar functions (5-10 years).
TOC.
Portuguese, both written and verbal.
English, both written and verbal.
Dynamism, pro-activity, initiative, teamwork and strong orientation towards results.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
Solid time management skills with ability to prioritize.
Strong sense of confidentiality.
Team player.
