**Sua missão**:
Join the Finance department of Dorel Juvenile Europe and become part of the Revenue Growth Management Team.

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various departments - Sales, Product, Marketing - to drive and execute revenue optimization initiatives.

**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Analyze sales, pricing and margin data to explain results as well as identify trends and pinpoint improvement opportunities;
- Assist in revenue budgeting and forecasting, leveraging RGM data and insights to set sales targets;
- Generate clear and concise reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Centralize pricing framework management and coordinate adjustments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Seu perfil**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance analysis, preferably within a business environment;
- **Advanced **proficiency in **Excel**. Plus: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI);
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills in English**, with the ability to present information clearly;
- Outstanding **analytical skills**, agility and ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Ability to** work collaboratively** in a cross-functional team environment;
- Positive attitude and willingness to **learn and growth**;
- Problem **solving and results-oriented** mindset;
