Data Analyst, Internal Audit Rpa

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing automation solutions using tools like Alteryx, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and scripting languages.
- Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to identify process improvement opportunities and automate repetitive tasks to increase productivity.
- Identifying opportunities to create continuous monitoring for automated internal controls.
- Utilize data analytics tools to perform data extraction, cleansing, analysis, and visualization for audit purposes.
- Design and create dashboards and reports to present audit findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Thoroughly understand the objectives of audit teams to creatively identify/define analytics that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of audits.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of automation workflows and scripts to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automation, data analytics, and relevant technologies to continuously enhance the team's capabilities.
- Assist in training and supporting other team members in using automation tools and techniques effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in automation, data analytics, or a relevant role.
- Proficiency in using automation tools like Alteryx and experience with RPA solutions.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Excel/VBA to create and maintain scripts for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Scala, Java or C++ is an asset.
- Strong understanding of data science and machine learning applicable to automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication, written, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively to escalate any roadblocks.
- Working with a team to understand business/technology processes and analyze associated risks.
